Protein-packed Breakfast Shake

Fitting in a protein-rich breakfast isn’t always easy as we don’t often have the time to prepare a big breakfast day to day not to mention having the appetite for a protein-rich breakfast in the morning. Cue, Protein Shakes - the perfect solution! A protein shake is our go-to breakfast for those hectic mornings as it’s quick, easy and gives us a hit of protein that leaves us feeling fuller for longer. This is our current go-to for all of the berry lovers out there!

Makes: 1 shake
Time: 5 mins
Calories per serving: Approx. 330




- 25g Vanilla Protein Powder


- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Frozen berries
- Optional: 1 tsp Honey


- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 tbs Chia seeds

Spices and Other

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Handful of Ice 


1. Add almond milk to a blender first, then all remaining ingredients
2. Blend until smooth
3. Enjoy!
