Michelle Moss, aged 49 joined our tribe in March 2019, to help give her support on her weight loss journey. She has since never looked back and is fighting fit! We are so proud of her hard work and how she is learning to manage her Lupus.

Why did you start your health journey?

I spent 9 weeks in hospital in 2016, and was diagnosed with Lupus. I’ve spent the last few years recovering after a horrendous time, and gradually building my strength up again, while learning to manage my Lupus.

How did you find UTTB and what impact has it had on your health journey?

I found Gina's Up to the BEat workout DVDs while looking for a dance workout on Amazon UK. The tribe has been an incredible source of support, inspiration and motivation. I never feel alone on this journey.

Dance That Walk's Total Body Circuit - the upper body circuit is my favourite part!

What wins I’ve celebrated (scale and non-scale victories)?

I’m getting stronger daily, and I’ve now started running again. There is nothing better than the feeling of FIT!

A piece of advice I can offer to someone starting their fitness journey is...

Don’t be too hard on yourself, everything you do is better than nothing, it will get easier.
